To access our trading services, you must register for an account by providing your name, email address, and telephone number via the registration form on our Site. Registration is free of charge.
Upon registration, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager. Your account manager will contact you by telephone to guide you through the onboarding process, verify your identity, discuss your trading goals, and assist you in setting up your trading account. By registering, you expressly consent to being contacted by telephone by your assigned account manager.
As part of the onboarding process, you may be required to provide additional documentation, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Blue Peak Digital Assets provides an online brokerage platform that enables you to trade various financial instruments, including but not limited to:
The minimum initial deposit required to begin trading is $250 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency). Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform. The deposited funds remain your property and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 6.
Your assigned account manager will provide you with ongoing support including, but not limited to, platform guidance, market updates, and general educational information about trading. Account manager communications are for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute personalized financial advice.
You may fund your account using the payment methods made available on the platform. All deposits are processed securely and credited to your trading account upon confirmation. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing deposits exceeding certain thresholds.
By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used and that all funds originate from legitimate sources.
You may request a withdrawal of funds from your trading account at any time through the platform. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 business hours, depending on the payment method and your bank's processing times. We may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests to comply with regulatory requirements.
Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible. In the event that this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed with you.
Account registration is free. Trading fees, spreads, commissions, overnight financing charges, and any other applicable fees are disclosed on the platform and may vary depending on the financial instrument traded. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Peak Digital Assets and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting your account manager or our customer support team. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations. We will process the withdrawal of any remaining funds in your account in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration shall be conducted in London, England, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement regularly.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our Site, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blue Peak Digital Assets concerning the use of our Site and services. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
